JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING seeks full-time, Human Resources Director for a Northern Colorado premier client. Minimum 5 years’ experience desired. Are you ready to work for a reputable firm with a great culture?

Responsibilities for the Human Resources Director:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Work with the Payroll Specialist and oversee…
  • Manage safety training and workers’ compensation documentation

Qualifications of the Human Resources Director:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of labor, employment and workers compensation laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
