The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises, as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

Snelling of NoCO seeks dependable Security Officers for our Ft. Collins Client. Must have 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

 Responsibilities for Security Officers:

  • Guard commercial or industrial property to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications of Security Officers:

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
  • Efficient in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to handle physical workload must be able to regularly lift 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
